Everytime I see a steering wheel on a modern-ish car with no stupid buttons on it and just 3 simple spokes it makes me really really happy.

Porsche makes the best steering wheels. No one else makes steering wheels like that anymore, simple round design without buttons. Absolutely lovely.

I'm lost. "Working at a dealership" is pretty vague. So, you get to wash it? They're giving it to you as a performance bonus? Details my man, details.

Haha sorry. I was hired as a porter for Porsche and Audi one year ago. Over time I have taken over many responsibilities such as driving cars from one dealership to another and handling deliveries. In the case of this boxster, I was just taking it to the gas station. I've been lucky enough to drive cars such as the R8 V10 plus and 991 Turbo S. Not a terrible gig.

How does one get such a job?

Be passionate about cars, be professional, and wear a suit to your interview.

Beats the HELL out of the job(s) I had when I was around your (probable) age. I was a prep cook, stock boy and a few other things... NONE of them involved driving random Porsche and other high dollar sports cars. lol
